What’s it like to work in a L’Arche community?

Personnel come to L’Arche Stratford from around the world and from the local area. Together with people with developmental disabilities, they create homes of welcome and celebration and enjoy time spent forging friendships that transform lives. The key to life in L’Arche Stratford is a commitment to helping one another build positive, supportive relationships. Personnel have a broad range of backgrounds and qualifications. Upon beginning their journey at L’Arche, personnel participate in orientation and training to ensure success in their role.
